CHANGED YOUR MIND?
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we can refund the purchase price subject to the following conditions:
- The garment must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase. The 30-day period commences on the day of receipt of the ordered products. If a return older than 30 days reaches our warehouse, Medina Activewear cannot accept the returned item(s) and cannot give a refund under this Return Policy.
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
- Gift cards, sale and clearance items are not eligible for a refund if you change your mind.
Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. This quality check can take up to 2 weeks, though generally less. Once the return has been approved, it takes 1-2 days for the refund to be made by Medina Activewear to your payment services provider. The purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you.
Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider. Our Customer Service Team is available Monday through Friday from 8a.m. to 5p.m.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes but this is pretty rare.
RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY?
If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown, we will happily meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the garment is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Shipping costs cannot be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you are not returning.
CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order. It is only possible to get a refund on returns when the return is in line with our return policy.
